Ilaria is Senior UX specialist at Tribal Worldwide London (part of DDB Group), a total experience agency. She has been working in the digital design industry for over 12 years, creating data driven user experiences for digital products, fitting what key personas are looking for and producing human-centered journeys and flows.
Working with agencies, startups and product companies, Ilaria has crafted digital products across a number of sectors, including education, luxury and healthcare.
Through her experience working for a leading scientific publishing company (Elsevier) and a new global online learning platform for HCPs (Johnson and Johnson Institute) she realised that almost nothing is more engaging or rewarding than to design for healthcare professionals and researchers.
As an enthusiastic supporter of functional designs, with data driven approaches and effective interfaces, Ilaria’s goal is to help organisations to perceive user needs as a driving force of change and innovation.
